Meet Golden Egg Goose Apparel creator Sherri! Sherri has been crocheting since she was 9 years old, inspired by both of her grandmothers who also loved to crochet. She began with simple afghans before moving on to doll clothes and eventually discovered the world of porch geese in June 2024 after her daughter asked her to make a dress for one. At the time, Sherri knew nothing about porch geese, but after taking a few measurements, she created the dress that very same day. As a thank-you, her daughter gifted her a Miles Kimball goose, which quickly became Sherri’s model and inspiration. Since then, she has been designing and selling beautiful porch goose outfits ever since! When she’s not crocheting, Lindsay works in healthcare, spends time with her husband — who she proudly calls her best friend — and stays busy raising their three children. With one child graduating high school in just a few days and two younger children at home, life is always full and exciting.
